Hezy Lapid | President & CEO of InnoWave ECI Wireless Systems Ltd.
Mr. Lapid possesses a wealth of experience in all aspects of the telecommunications market. He has a remarkable record for successfully building some of ECI Telecom's strategic businesses, including the development of its Optical Networking division. He has been with ECI Telecom since 1991, where he headed the Network Systems Strategic Business Unit as Corporate Vice President and General Manager. Prior to ECI, he served in the Signal Core of the Israel Defense Force and retains the rank of Colonel in the reserves. Mr. Lapid holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and a M.Sc. in Management and Information Systems from Tel-Aviv University.

Avi Domoshevitzki | General Partner, Concord Ventures

Avi Domoshevizki joined the Concord team in March 2000 and focuses on the Data and Telecommunications sector. As of January 2006, Mr. Domshevizki is representing Battery Ventures, a leading US fund, in Israel. Prior to joining Concord, Mr. Domoshevitzki founded and served as CEO of Seabridge Ltd., a leading hi-tech company in the field of ATM/IP multi-service platforms that was acquired by Newbridge and Siemens. He previously served as Senior Director at ECI Telecom, where he was responsible for business development, sales and marketing of ECI's access and SDH activities. Mr. Domoshevizki holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology and a M.Sc. in Business Management from the Boston/Ben Gurion joint program.

Ilan Calic | co-founder of PazVision
PazVision is the Israeli Management firm for Argoquest, since 1997. Prior to 1997, Mr. Calic was an independent finance consultant to public and private organizations. Among his clients were The Israel Educational funds, Postal Authority and other public and private Israeli companies. Mr. Calic was an analyst at the "Finance Institute" – a leading finance-consulting firm in Israel space– where he was promoted to the position of General Manager. The firm handled broad aspects of finance consulting, professional short seminars for the business community and distributions of professional daily faxes and monthly audiocassettes. Mr. Calic had an adjunct appointment as a lecturer in Economics at the Eilat Academic College, which operates as part of the BenGurion University. Mr. Calic received a Master's degree in Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Economics from the Tel-Aviv University.
